He attended Manhattan University and New York University, and has completed advanced training in behavior change, group dynamics, and communication under pressure. He also served for 30 years in a large, high-intensity public system, where he led teams and helped people navigate complex human situations.
He supports people facing burnout, conflict, perfectionism, avoidance, emotional reactivity, imposter patterns, and leadership strain. These issues often look like business problems on the surface, but are frequently rooted in deeper psychological dynamics.
